Congrats to the team on achieving a massive milestone at our Yaldhurst Park development. Not only have all of the residential sections sold, the final commercial lot has gone unconditional which means all of the commercial lots have now been sold. Next milestone to reach is the leasing and construction of the Retail Centre.

Residential sections at Yaldhurst Park are now sold out and construction is well underway in Stage 6 which is the last stage.
The childcare centre is almost finished and is expected to open soon. McDonalds, NPD service station and a medical centre and cafe are open in the commercial area and we are currently discussing leasing retail space with several retailers.

The last stage in Yaldhurst Park subdivision was released today. There are 33 sections in Stage 6A & 6B and these are the last residential sections that will be available in the subdivision.

The children's playground in the stage 1 residential area is now open. Stage 2 now has Council signoff and titles are expected to issue in September.

Lots of houses are now under construction in Stage 1 and in the high density zone at Yaldhurst Park subdivision in the established suburb of Yaldhurst. Stage 2 titles on target for September and Stage 3 earthworks are underway. Selling Stage 3 now.

We expect the children’s playground in the Stage 1 residential area to be completed by the end of next week. The key features of the playground include tunnel and mound, climbing trunk, tractor tyre, balance beam and logs, sea-saw, swings, and play digger. There are also picnic tables and benches.

Titles were issued for Stage 1 of the residential area on the 8th of April and a number of houses are already under construction. The design plan for Stage 3 of the residential area has been approved by Council so we now have stage 3 sections available for sale priced from $199,000.
